On July 2 local time, the China-Mexico Rail Transit "Green Future Dialogue," themed "Green Transportation, Mutual Learning Among Civilizations," was held in Mexico City. Representatives from UNESCO, government agencies, industry associations, cultural institutions, and enterprises from both countries leveraged rail transit equipment as a bridge to explore pathways for green urban development and write a new chapter in civilizational exchange and mutual learning.

  A host of distinguished guests attended the event, including Chen Daojiang, Chinese Ambassador to Mexico; José Luis Perea González, Deputy Director General of the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH) of Mexico; Héctor Ulises García Nieto, Secretary of Mobility of Mexico City; Martín López Delgado, Director General of the Electric Transport Service of Mexico City; and Paulina Téllez Martínez, General Manager of the Mexican Railway Association.

  The event also featured the concurrent "The Future Train in My Eyes" exhibition showcasing paintings and handicrafts by Chinese and Mexican children, interactive experiences with Chinese intangible cultural heritage, and a special performance by the Mexican Mariachi band. A rich program of cultural activities showcased the vibrant exchange and shared appreciation between Chinese and Mexican civilizations, adding a warm and meaningful human dimension to this dialogue on green and sustainable development.
